Our paper “MetroFlow: Visualizing Bioinformatics Workflow Source Code as Interactive Metro-Maps” was accepted to the IEEE Working Conference on Software Visualization (VISSOFT). This collaboration was a wonderful opportunity to explore a new research area, and I’m grateful to have been invited to contribute. Lenora Buggenhoudt will present this work in person at the VISSOFT 2026 conference in Benevento in September.
